The Campaigns & Organizing Director will report to the Deputy Director and oversee OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes’ grassroots organizing and leadership development program, rooted in building powerful, leader-led issue campaigns across Washington state and at the federal level. This next leader, in partnership with the Deputy Director, will have the opportunity to strengthen and grow OneAmerica’s Organizing and Issue Campaigns team, investing in staff and community leaders to direct powerful bases of more than 150 grassroots leaders statewide to fuel our issue and electoral work. One America — Program Director
Program Director will report to the Deputy Director and oversee two existing programs in the organization: the Washington New Americans (WNA), our citizenship program, and English Innovations, our adult English program. The Program Director will be responsible for shaping, executing, and overseeing OneAmerica’s overall immigrant inclusion strategy through policy advocacy, coalition building, team management and organizing immigrants through the lens of building power. EMILY’s List Job Bank: EMILY’s List works to elect pro-choice Democratic women up and down the ballot. Their job bank sends out positions periodically, and you can also submit your resume to work for one of their campaigns through this link.
Union Jobs: Union Jobs, for 19 years, has been a central site for posting the open positions in unions and socially allied organizations and community organizations that are now accepting applications.
