Retreat Co-Instructor, Emerging Leader Fellows

LDSJ is hiring a retreat co-instructor to co-develop curriculum and co-lead two week-long in person retreats with a joint course and retreat co-instructor. Our ideal instructors are people with 10+ years of social justice leadership experience (at the director level or above) who have a passion for leadership development, mentorship, and training. Joint Retreat & Course Co-Instructor, Emerging Leader Fellows

LDSJ is seeking a co-instructor for its Regional Organizers for Community Change (ROCC) Fellowship to serve as a curriculum developer and lead trainer for the fellowship cycle. This year, the ROCC Fellowship is designed specifically for organizers and leaders in Texas. Our ideal instructor is someone with 15+ years of social justice leadership experience who has a passion for leadership development/mentorship, has done considerable work in the state of Texas, and who will be available to help facilitate two week-long programs, as well as be available to the cohort participants in between week-long programs as a mentor.
